• Place in offset machines between plate cylinder and blanket cylinder

Features:

• Absolutely uniform thickness and hardness
• Meeting ISO standards for required calibration
• Different thickness different color, 10 colors in total for all offset machines
• Compressive strength of 60 tons/cm²
• Water and oil resistance
• Minimizing the hazards and extending the useful time to blankets

Advantages:

• A minimal thickness deviation of 0.01 mm with every sheet, thanks to our strict quality controls
• The minimal increase in tonal value guarantees highest quality
• No swelling, due to a special water-repellent pre-treatment
• An anti-slip surface, which prevents the sheet from being pushed together under the printing plate or rubber blanket
• The colour coding of the underpacking sheets, which defines their calibrated thickness and prevents mix-ups
• Underpacking sheets are available in 10 different thicknesses and for all commercially available formats
